Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in HVAC and basic wiring. Strong customer service abilities, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel up to 95% are required.

The role also includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours service requests.
