Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at Schneider Building Group's office in O Fallon, MO. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial transactions, including preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, handling payroll taxes, and performing bookkeeping tasks. The individual will also collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and standards.

Qualifications- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and analyzing financial data.
- Experience with Journal Entries and Accounting principles.
- Strong Bookkeeping skills, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and ensuring tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
