We're looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a leading Client dedicated to delivering exceptional member service while helping members resolve delinquent accounts with professionalism and compassion.
Position – Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay Range - $20 - $21/ hr.
What you'll do
- This position will primarily be responsible for monitoring and managing delinquent customer accounts, including tracking past-due balances, reviewing and responding to delinquency-related emails, and processing returned checks.
- Key duties include running daily reports to identify accounts that require blocking or release based on payment status, as well as reporting delinquent accounts to the state when necessary.
What you will have
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with daily deposit processing and payment posting, monitoring the customer pickup queue to ensure timely service, and providing reception desk coverage during scheduled breaks and absences.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.
