About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal partners and external customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales operations, manage documentation, and help drive efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Review, process, and manage agreements and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Compile and distribute reports, production data, and supporting materials.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of paperwork and projects to meet business needs.
  • Create spreadsheets, comparisons, and supporting documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive or F&I industry.
  • Prior experience in an office or customer service-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
  • High level of initiative, urgency, and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships.
