- Provide instruction and manage classroom environments in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Perform all duties of the regular teacher, including adhering to the Board of Education approved curriculum.
- Report to the principal at the assigned location.
- Must have a valid DESE teaching certificate or substitute teaching certificate.
- DESE requires a $50 application fee for a substitute teaching certificate.
- FBI criminal history background check with fingerprints is required.
- It is suggested to wait until hiring before completing the background check to use the District's specific code.
- Substitutes work as needed and may select available jobs as their schedules allow; substitutes are not eligible for benefits.
- Start date will be determined upon completion of the hiring and onboarding process.
- Cafeteria Aide: $15.59 per hour
- Custodian: $15.67 per hour
- Administrative Assistant:
Guidance AA, Secretary Site Office & Admin Bldg Front desk $16.23per hour - Administrative Assistant: AA
- Activities $18.12 - Administrative Assistant: AA
- Site Admin $18.83 - Behavior Support Specialist - $18.14
- BIS (early childhood & Elementary) - $17.43
- BIS (middle) $18.12
- BIS (high) $18.83
- Hall Monitor $16.19
- Para, Personal Assistant, ECSE Para & Recess Para: $16.85per hour
Recess Assistant $15.70
