Base pay range$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Justin Bradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Analyst to join the team. The Sourcing Analyst supports the organization’s sourcing and supplier management efforts by providing data-driven insights, market analysis, and operational support to Category Managers and procurement leadership. This role helps ensure a competitive, reliable, and high-performing supply base while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing processes and regional or category supply chains.

- Support business stakeholders with sourcing and supplier management needs under the guidance of Category Managers.
- Conduct market research and provide updates on industry trends, supply options, spend data, and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies.
- Assist in the strategic sourcing process, including analyzing spend, defining requirements, developing sourcing strategies, and supporting supplier negotiations.
- Author and manage RFx documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and contribute to drafting and negotiating supplier contracts.
- Execute reporting and spend analysis to monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction or risk mitigation.
- Collaborate across business units to gather requirements, align sourcing strategies, and build strong internal relationships.
- Maintain high accuracy in data, reporting, and documentation while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance, including help file generation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor9s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, including spend management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and build effective relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and results orientation.
- Proficiency with procurement and sourcing tools; experience with Coupa and Oracle preferred.
