Overview

Senior Analyst, Product Integration

The Global Product Integration team partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure new Mastercard products and enhancements are ready for successful implementation and support globally. This role drives product readiness activities, develops scalable implementation and testing processes, creates delivery guidance and training, and helps ensure launches are executed with speed, quality, and consistency.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to assess delivery impacts and readiness requirements for new products and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain implementation guidance, testing approaches, training materials, and delivery documentation.
• Drive product readiness activities and ensure deliverables meet governance, quality, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams to improve processes, share best practices, and support product adoption.
• Establish reporting and readiness metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and enablement programs that prepare Customer Delivery teams to support new products effectively.
• Support executive communications and cross-functional alignment related to product launches and readiness initiatives.

• Experience working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, or Testing organizations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear guidance.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and manage competing priorities.
• Experience creating scalable processes, documentation, training, or implementation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with payments, APIs, testing processes, ISO messaging, or customer delivery is preferred.

• Delivery teams are prepared with the tools, documentation, and training needed to support product launches.
• Product launches are supported by clear readiness plans, scalable processes, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
• Readiness insights and continuous improvement efforts drive better implementation outcomes, adoption, and operational efficiency.
