Construction Coordinator
Project Resources Group (PRG) is currently searching for an experienced, organized, and driven Construction Coordinator to join our team and assist with safety compliance in underground construction in the local market.
DescriptionWe are looking for an organization and safety-driven professional to support our underground construction projects.
Responsibilities- Attend pre-construction site meetings.
- Perform project site walkouts daily.
- Safety and progress oversight of underground construction activities.
- Establish, maintain, and deliver field operation reports to necessary parties.
- Interface with city personnel for permit release and closure.
- Additional related duties as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Elevated level of professionalism required.
- Minimum of five (5) years in underground construction management and safety operations.
- Liaise directly with permitting and planning officials.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently or with teams.
- Experience with project management highly recommended.
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi‑site construction projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace/Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with required auto insurance (minimum auto liability coverage of 100/300/100), and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to use your vehicle in the field (mileage reimbursement at the standard federal rate).
- Overtime may be required at times based on the volume of work.
