Schedule:Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years as a Project Superintendent. Valid drivers license. Must be able to obtain a pass to military bases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of plans and specifications per project.
- Communicate diligently with the Project Manager
- Coordinate subcontractor work during the course of the project
- Maintain project logs and documentation in Sage 300
- Properly classify each man per occupational trade under the current and most recent occupational standards documentation for prevailing wage projects.
- Attend all progress meetings and/or site walkthrough visits.
- Be onsite any time that work is being performed onsite or deliveries are scheduled
- Maintain ALL aspects of security for all equipment, trailers, tools, vehicles, etc. during the course of a project.
- Ensure OSHA standards and project specific jobsite safety are abided by at all times - Including but not limited to: hard hats, safety glasses, proper footwear, and fall hazard precautions.
