Concrete Project Manager

Hawkins Construction, a leading commercial concrete contractor based in the St. Louis region, is seeking a highly motivated individual to estimate, sell, and manage commercial concrete projects. • Project Management:
  
  Oversee all aspects of commercial concrete construction projects, from estimating and sales to planning through completion.
• Estimating:
  
  Read and understand plans and specifications and perform quantity take-offs from plans and/or field visits.
• Client Communication:
  
  Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Scheduling & Budgeting:
  
  Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution.
• Team Coordination:
  
  To ensure smooth collaboration and delivery, lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.
• Problem Solving:
  
  Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of project management in commercial concrete
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business Management, Finance)
