Position Summary

Culligan of O'Fallon, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is seeking a friendly, positive, dedicated and hard-working individual to provide excellent customer service as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsible for answering phones, processing daily payments and charges, creating delivery and service orders, filing, setting up new customer accounts. The goal of this position is to provide the maximum amount of service to customers in order to exceed customer expectations.
- Answering phone calls.
- Process daily payments.
- Work with spreadsheets and numbers daily.
- Charge out daily routes and service work.
- Past dues, collections, small claims.
- Setup new customer accounts.
- Create delivery and service orders.
- Assigning leads to Sales Representatives.
- Maintain a positive K&S H2O Inc. Culligan of O'Fallon image.
- Actively support a positive team environment that is conducive to the efficient and effective “serving” of our customers’ and safeguard company assets.
- Take precautions to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of everyone. Immediately report all accidents, personal and property, to Manager.
- Safeguard company equipment and products, keeping track of material delivered and returned.
- Collect all applicable customer payments and provide receipts as required.
- Accurately and legibly complete all required forms and reports.
- Know and follow company policies and procedures; identify need for and suggest change when appropriate.
- Assist/train other employees as requested.
- Resolve any product or service-related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Able to read/write and communicate effectively.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Customer service and multi-line telephone experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and 10 key calculator.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- This position is a 40 hour work week Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
