State Farm Kathy Kilo Peterson is searching for a Service oriented representative who understands excellent service in a fun supportive team environment. As a new team member you will learn from a large tenured team as well as the Agent. As one of our Customer Service Representatives, your knowledge of insurance products and what it takes to provide outstanding service equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs and answer questions in a timely manner while juggling many tasks.

• Help customers on the phone, online and via Zoom.
• Work with the team and agent to dive into deep training to ensure your success.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.

• Insurance service experience preferred
• Success in a team environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with a customer
• Property & Casualty license
