Customer Service Representative (Billing Support)

Location:

Onsite (5 days per week)

Schedule:

Full-Time | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (hours may vary based on business needs)

Training

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with billing inquiries, resolving account-related concerns, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a team environment, and can effectively manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver exceptional customer service through incoming phone interactions in a high-volume call center environment.

+ Investigate and resolve customer billing questions, concerns, and discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism.

+ Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.

+ Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to resolve complex inquiries.

+ Research customer accounts using multiple systems and applications to identify solutions and provide accurate information.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.

+ Support changing business needs by assisting with additional processes, transactions, and team initiatives.

+ Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance expectations.

+ Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Microsoft Excel functions.

+ Strong data entry and computer navigation skills.

Preferred:

+ 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience.

+ Experience handling billing inquiries or account-related issues.

+ Sales or upselling experience is a plus.

+ Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or team collaboration experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
