ResponsibilitiesCommercial insurance customer service skills including:
- AMS 360 Management System Preferred
- Answering Inquiries
- Issuing payments
- Quoting and issuing policies and endorsements
- Exceptional phone skills
- Brokering ancillary lines of business
- Manage relationships between carriers and agents
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
