Patient Services Coordinator

Location: Hybrid/In-Office - Kansas City, MO

We're looking for a Patient Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused call center environment
. In this role, you'll rotate weekly through four key areas of patient support—no two weeks feel exactly the same.

• Welcome new and returning patients and guide them through their care process
• Call patients when their orders are ready to ship and provide next‑step support
• Follow up on expiring orders to help patients stay on track
• Make second‑touch calls and scheduled follow‑ups, reinforcing patient trust
• Work closely with teammates in each area to ensure seamless service

• This is a high‑volume call environment

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
