Position Overview
Seeking a customer-focused professional to join a fast-paced customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling billing inquiries, account concerns, service-related questions, and complaint resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving, can navigate multiple systems efficiently, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, account discrepancies, and customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through final resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Research, analyze, and document customer interactions across multiple systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality, productivity, and performance standards.
- Support additional teams and assist with special projects or administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, account support, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous sales or customer retention experience is a plus.

- Full-time, on-site position (5 days per week in office).
- Standard shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST.
- Schedule flexibility required, as business needs may impact shift assignments.
- Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
