$7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Deer Creek Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Work ScheduleOpen to part‑time or full‑time, you choose!
Office hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm (huddle at 7:45 am)
- Friday: 8 am – 1 pm (huddle at 7:45 am)
- 1‑doctor practice (2nd doctor joining soon!), utilizing Dentrix
- 60‑minute recall, 90‑minute new patient appointment
- Bi‑weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned, ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses
- Tools:
Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available

Deer Creek Dental, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be fully connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. Minimum Qualifications- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical flexibility as required by office
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
- TB test required prior to starting employment (standard requirement)
