$7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Deer Creek Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Open to part‑time or full‑time, you choose!

Office hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm (huddle at 7:45 am)
• Friday: 8 am – 1 pm (huddle at 7:45 am)

• 1‑doctor practice (2nd doctor joining soon!), utilizing Dentrix
• 60‑minute recall, 90‑minute new patient appointment
• Bi‑weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned, ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses
• Tools:
  Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available

Deer Creek Dental, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be fully connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. The team of 11 thrives on collaboration, communication, and community.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical flexibility as required by office

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• TB test required prior to starting employment (standard requirement)
