Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care including exams, restorations, extractions, and basic endodontics
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, specialists, and support staff in a team-based care model
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the practice management/EHR systems
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and post-operative instructions
• Participate in continuing education and clinical mentorship opportunities
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered practice culture and strong long-term relationships
