Rawlings Sporting Goods Company Inc is seeking a Co-Op Industrial Designer in O'Fallon, MO, January 2027 to August 2027. You will explore new product ideas for bats, protective gear, balls, and gloves, using 3D CAD to visualize concepts and support engineering and marketing teams.
The role requires pursuing an Industrial Design degree, experience with 3D design software (NX/Solid Works) and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a strong interest in the sporting goods market.
