• Start Date: 04/28/2026
• Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Full-time, outpatient and inpatient duties
• Hours/Week: This position involves a shared call schedule; typical work hours align with hospital operations
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licensure/Certification s: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Minimum required – relevant clinical experience preferred

• Compensation: Guaranteed salary starting at $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives
• Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition
• Resident/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates
• Student Loan Assistance: $125,000 paid over six years

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient settings
• Manage a diverse patient panel with obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, and preventative services
• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as needed
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures
• Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
• Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Engage in professional development through CME and continuing education
• Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring excellent after-hours coverage
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to maintain top hospital and departmental standards
• Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area offering comprehensive healthcare services

• Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
