Providers Needed:
Full-Time Coverage Requirement: 14 shifts per month
Minimum Shifts Accepted: 7 shifts per month
Schedules: 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5
Qualifications Education/Training Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Clinical Experience Minimum 2 years of current clinical experience
Documentation of case logs for the previous 2 years required Licensure Active, unrestricted Virginia Medical License Active DEA registration with Virginia address Required Certifications ACLS Certification Credentialing Requirements Immunizations Current Flu Vaccine administered within the current flu season/year Case Logs Documentation of case logs for the past 2 years CME Requirements Proof of completed CME/CEU credits for the previous 2 years, orCME Attestation Form included with the hospital application Facility Privileges Must be comfortable performing privileges selected on the Delineation of Privileges formEMRCerner
Malpractice Coverage Required Limits: $2,750,000 / $8,250,000
