• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset—making decisions for the betterment of the child care center.
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

Candidates must complete required state and company background checks, including fingerprint checks. All job offers are contingent on a successful background check.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. We will consider applicants with the following academic qualifications:
  Associate degree / CDA.
• Director certified in the state of Missouri for +100 kids.
• At least three (3) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
