Purpose StatementThe Quest Facilitator is responsible for planning and delivering school‑age programming for children at the middle school site. This role focuses on creating engaging activities that promote a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants.
Minimum Qualifications- Education:
A degree in Education is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children in 5th through 8th grade is highly beneficial.
- Ability to develop and implement engaging activities for students.
- Must meet the standards established by the National After school Association Accreditation.
- Plan and implement activities that encourage student engagement and participation.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Follow policies, procedures, and job responsibilities outlined for a Vacation Station Facilitator.
- Participate in professional development opportunities provided by Vacation Station and the Francis Howell School District.
- Hours:
As needed - Salary: $17.74 per hour for candidates with 60+ college credit hours; $16.41 per hour for candidates with fewer than 60 college credit hours.
