Job Description: As a BCBA with Soliant Education, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to students from K-12th grade within the Birmingham, MO area. Your role will involve developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students with varying needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Offer training and support to school staff and parents on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
- Proven experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.
