We're looking for an amazing candidate to serve as our Kids Morning Out Assistant.
Location:
McKelvey Primary School
Position: 9.5 month calendar, 17.5 hrs/week
Hours: 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Open Date: 7/22/2026
Closing Date: 7/29/2026
Starting Pay: $16.55 and up (depending on experience)

Supervise young children 2 to 3 years old in the Kids Morning Out classroom. Prepare children for snack and other transitions, assist with bathroom trips. Support and assist KMO Teacher with set up and clean up in accordance with lesson plans. Maintain and replenish classrooms, communicate appropriately with teachers, parents, children and colleagues, help with office work as needed, attend training and staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the KMO Teacher, Early Childhood Coordinator, and/or Director of Early Childhood Education.
Qualifications- Experience with early childhood childcare
- Ability to relate to students, staff and parents in a positive manner
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Be punctual and have good attendance
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to move in and around the building
