Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Special Education Substitute, you will:
- Report to work on time.
- Provide essential classroom support to students with special needs.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and accommodations.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement and student confidence.
Qualifications:
- Kansas or Missouri Teaching Licensure:
Professional, Substitute, or Emergency (Not a certified substitute? We can help you achieve your certification)
- A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a strong commitment to their growth and development.
- Previous experience in special education or related fields are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying classroom situations.
Compensation:
- $25-$30 an Hour
