The Refrigeration Field Inspector is the main point of contact for TRM installations and acts as True's representative for TRM field site visits collecting key metrics and will lead execution of any related TRM objectives. This position will work directly with all engineering, service, customer service, and sales teams as necessary for the continued success of the TRM model family. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below require extensive cross function teamwork with other groups within True including Senior Operations and Plant Management teams as well as external installation companies, customers, and dealers to ensure success of the TRM model line.
- Determine and develop metric guidelines to be used during field site visits for items relating to production, design, installation, and/or product development of the TRM model family.
- Represent True during TRM installations and product placements and cataloging key metrics from each store visited or feedback from outside parties.
- Manage and coordinate field site visits schedule with installation companies and customer as needed.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records and advise on field audits for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and conduct regular review meetings with management groups on the state of TRM product line as it relates to installations and site placements.
- Determine, manage, and collaborate with internal teams to implement any corrective actions and long-term resolutions related to field audits and feedback.
- Create and conduct trainings for third party installers and manage related initiatives with installers, production lines, and customers.
- Develop, analyze, and present information related to new product development.
- Develop and execute field tests or rework for new product development and corrective action engineering items.
- Lead and participate in cross function teams to collaborate when implementing TRM initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring TRM initiatives based on audits are completed and met expected goals.
- Research and analyze new potentials for the TRM product line.
- Develop and implement new ideas for the TRM product design, production line, and quality changes.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- 50-75% travel required for the job.
- Three or more years of production experience with two or more years experience working on or related to the TRM product line or troubleshooting refrigeration systems required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to work individually or in teams.
- Ability to lead people, obtain commitment from others, and achieve results through others.

Hours for this position are 5:50 am - 4:20 pm Monday through Thursday.
