Are you passionate about Mechanical Engineering? Introba is looking for an intern to join our St. Louis office for the Summer of 2026.

• Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files, including digitizing and cleaning up working drawings
• Ensure compliance with the Introba design checklist
• Perform hands‑on engineering tasks, including calculations and simulations
• Create and update technical drawings and 3D models
• Support business‑related tasks, such as preparing presentations and maintaining project files

• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also effectively collaborating in a team environment
• Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior
• Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• An understanding of mechanical building systems, combined with a passion for sustainable design
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit
• General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
