Senior Specialist, RAN Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition
• Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management
• Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, including satellite network routing problems
• Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering field desired
• 2+ years of related experience
• Certification in some areas is required
• Provide expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering
• In-depth knowledge of RAN technologies
• Ability to resolve moderately difficult problems
• Experience working independently on expansive projects with minimal supervision
