VP, Mandatory Trade Desk Buyer​/Trade Support Specialist

The Mandatory Trade Desk Buyer is a Capital Markets function that facilitates the pricing, bidding and locking of loans for the Correspondent Lending Channel.  Key responsibilities include...

+ High frequency execution of bulk bids

+ Dynamically calculate and apply loan level mortgage pricing to facilitate the purchase of loans from our Correspondent customers

+ Troubleshooting and writing complex MS Excel formulae

+ Mandatory commitment management including pair offs, extensions and rolls

+ Enhancements of pricing and reporting tools often using MS Excel and MS Access (VB & SQL at times)

+ Create reports that provide insight to our competitive positioning/trends to senior management

+ Communicate mandatory pricing mechanics to developers helping to improve pricing tools

+ A primary point of contact for our Correspondent customers for pricing and Secondary Marketing related subject matter

Qualifications:

+ 6+ years of Mortgage Banking experience

+ Exceptional analytical skills

+ Thorough knowledge of Secondary Marketing, Correspondent Lending and pricing mechanics

+ Self-motivator with ability to work in fast paced environment

+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders

+ BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
