Finance Project Controller

Responsibilities

• Own and manage EACs (Estimate at Completion), ensuring all deviations are clearly quantified with root‑cause support
• Partner closely with Project Management and cross‑functional teams to drive project performance and financial outcomes
• Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate risks impacting project financials
• Drive change order management to protect and improve project profitability
• Manage cash flow and working capital across project portfolio
• Deliver monthly financial performance reviews to senior leadership (VP/Director level)
• Lead weekly pacing discussions to ensure forecast commitments are achieved
• Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards
• Perform ad hoc analysis to continuously improve project controlling efficiency

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability in project‑based business or manufacturing finance
• Proven track record to own results and influence outcomes in a cross‑functional environment
• Strong business partnering mentality with the confidence to challenge and motivate change
• Highly analytical with strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Genuine interest in understanding the business, not just the numbers
• Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP), Excel, and Power Point
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
