Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in  Physical Therapy  from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
