Aging Well Health Care, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in residential living communities and clinics. You will work under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy, coordinating care based on physician orders. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in Missouri, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

A comprehensive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered for full-time positions.
