A seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients and support their families. RBTs will work in clients' homes or community-based locations, starting as part‑time and requiring a minimum 6‑month commitment.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions.
• Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately with electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required prior to hire.
• Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• All positions begin part‑time.
• Roles will be based in clients’ homes or community locations.
• Experience in education, early childhood development, teaching assistance, instructional roles, after‑school programs, behavioral/mental health, or ABA therapy is a plus.
• Paid training is provided for those without prior experience.
