Family Nurse Practitioner (New Grads Welcome

An independently owned primary care practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri is hiring Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for full-scope outpatient family medicine across the lifespan. Real primary care: long-term patient relationships, a genuine team around you, behavioral health and dietitian on-site, and leadership that knows your name. No hospital rounding, no inpatient duties, no overnight call. The practice is growing and hiring for more than one seat, so there is room to build something here, not just fill a position.

• Care for patients of all ages from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, prescribe per state law
• Work alongside an in-house team: behavioral health, dietitian, lab, and clinical support
• Build long-term relationships with a returning patient panel

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program with national certification (AANP or ANCC) OR PA program with NCCPA certification
• Active Missouri APRN or PA license, or willingness to obtain one
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain
• All experience levels welcome; new graduates with prior hands-on RN or clinical experience strongly encouraged
• Motivated, team-oriented, and genuinely good with patients

• $115,000–$140,000/year (base plus monthly and annual bonuses)
• Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts | Monday–Thursday
• Outpatient only | On-site Cape Girardeau, MO
