• Provide one-on-one Occupationaltherapyto older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR systemin accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate toextend access and flexibility

• Valid Occupational Therapy license  in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain

  • Providing moderate to maximumassistancewith patient transfers and bed mobility
