Be part of a national movement to break down barriers, challenge stigma, and bring greater creativity and humanity to mental health care. At Ellie Mental Health – Concord, we’re looking for compassionate, collaborative therapists who want to provide excellent care while helping us build the next generation of mental health services for individuals, couples, families, and groups throughout the St. Louis community.

We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience—or a strong interest in:

  • Couples therapy
  • Family therapy and family systems
  • Parent-child and caregiver relationships
  • Group therapy
  • Psycho-educational and skills-based programs
  • Children, teens, and young adults

As our clinic grows, we are expanding beyond individual therapy to create stronger services for families and couples, as well as group programs focused on areas such as anxiety, ADHD, parenting, grief, emotional regulation, teen resilience, relationships, and family communication.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to provide therapy, collaborate with a supportive team, and potentially help develop groups or specialized programs, we’d love to meet you.
