** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

+ Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

+ Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy

+ Maintain required records and documentation in accordance with established procedures

+ Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment

+ Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards

+ Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands

+ Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality expectations

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Strong customer service and patient communication skills

+

Experience with keyboarding and data entry

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed

+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
