, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!
As an RBT, you’ll work side‑by‑side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in‑home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
What You’ll DoProvide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
Collect and record data on child's progress
Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Comprehensive benefits:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
A passion for helping others grow and succeed
Reliable transportation
Active CPR certification
Active RBT certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
