Caregiver​/DSP Part Time

Part-Time Direct Support Caregiver (DSP) | O'Fallon, MO

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Direct Support Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in O'Fallon, MO. If you have prior direct support or in-home caregiving experience and are passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to meet you.

This is a consistent part-time opportunity with dependable weekday evening hours.

Monday-Friday 4:30 PM-8:00 PM

$21-$23 per hour

Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Assist with mobility and transfers

Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying

Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle with current insurance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
