Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team.

In this meaningful role, you'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients through person-centered, integrated care-helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
• Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
• Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

• Masters's degree required
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience preferred
• Licensure / Certification (One of the Following Required) Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW

• Builds strong therapeutic relationships with adults facing complex mental health or substance use challenges
• Communicates clearly and empathetically with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Is highly organized and can balance direct service with timely, thorough documentation
• Values evidence-based practices and is committed to continual professional growth
• Brings flexibility, dependability, and a solution-focused mindset to day-to-day work
• Believes in whole-person, recovery-oriented care and thrives in a collaborative treatment environment
• Is comfortable navigating crisis situations with calm and professionalism
