Cardio Renal Education Representative

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams
• Support awareness, identification, testing, diagnosis, and management of chronic kidney disease and associated cardiovascular risk
• Provide disease state-related education and resources to physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other office staff

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, patient education, or a related field
• Experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease is preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends
• Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and office staff
• Proficiency with digital tools, virtual engagement platforms, and evolving technology solutions
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required; some territories could be significantly more than 20% depending on geography
• Overnight travel required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
