Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Eligible for shift differential!
Overview:Under the general supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor and departmental policies, performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the State Practice Act. Performs duties consistently with Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
Certifications: BLS certified; required certifications must be current before independent patient care.
Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience caring for adult and geriatric patients.
