We are partnering with a well‑known, high‑volume attraction to identify a Guest Experience Manager to lead front‑line guest operations and service excellence across the property.
This role oversees a large seasonal team (120+), ensuring exceptional guest interactions across all areas. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced, outdoor environments and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and develop a large guest services team
- Oversee daily guest operations, safety, and service standards
- Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and timekeeping
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, events, and leadership
- 8+ years of leadership in guest services, hospitality, attractions, or entertainment
- Managed a team of 100+
- Strong communication and team‑building skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Confident, detail‑oriented, and service‑driven
