Housekeeping Room Attendant General Overview

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests efficiently and with Hamptonality! You will be core in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

• You are 16 yrs or older (required).
• Job requires full mobility and ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ideal candidate is energetic, able to multi-task and maintain excellent levels of cleanliness in both the guest rooms and public areas.
• Reliable transportation

* MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK!!

• Full Availability and meeting room times (39 min or less / room) - $16.00/hr
• Full Availability and Training - $15.00hr
• Four days a week Available, including Sat and Sun -$14.00/hr
• Less than 4 Days a week, no limitations - $13.00/hr
• Less than 3 Days a week available, unable to work Sunday-$12.00/hr

All room attendants are eligible to receive tips!!

• Days start around 9 a.m., and the goal is to be done before 3 p.m. each day!
• Perfect job for those who have class or family obligations in the evening.
• Weekends and holidays required for first-year
• Can make additional requests off after 6mo

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest stayover service as needed
