Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Justin Bradley's client, a global fintech leader, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on product recruitment. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of a dynamic Services organization. As a strategic talent advisor, you will lead hiring efforts for senior‑level product roles across North America, helping to build high‑performing teams that drive product innovation.

This is a full‑cycle, individual contributor role responsible for delivering best‑in‑class recruitment strategies and outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing through offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Partner with local, regional, and global leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across core and emerging business areas
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles while providing market intelligence
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for product-focused teams using internal and external insights
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on hiring decisions and market trends
• Champion inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product hiring best practices

• Extensive experience recruiting for product roles, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and related positions across corporate and/or agency environments
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, market dynamics, and industry trends
• Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Workday ATS is a plus
