The Talent Acquisition Generalist supports the Talent Acquisition team and leadership in achieving hiring goals through recruiting, interviewing, candidate management, and onboarding activities. This role partners with leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process, coordinates internal and external recruiting efforts, supports new hire onboarding, and helps ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate hiring records and compliance with company procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with onsite interviews, employment offers, hiring events, and other recruiting activities.

Facilitate internal candidate interviews within the factory environment.

Review and disposition internal candidates to determine interview eligibility and coordinate interview scheduling with factory leadership.

Travel to satellite locations as needed to support internal candidate and new hire interviews.

Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Coordinate new hire orientation schedules and communicate onboarding requirements.

Ensure onboarding paperwork and related documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Attend weekly new hire orientation sessions and assist with I-9 verification and processing.

Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records, update statuses, and disposition applicants appropriately.

Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with interview scheduling, document management, and record retention.

Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and candidate records in accordance with company standards.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership to seek guidance and support on complex or sensitive situations.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with candidates, team members, and leaders across the organization.

The Talent Acquisition Generalist is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.

Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.

Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.

Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.

Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.

High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.

Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Six or more months’ related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources required.

Relevant education will be considered.

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting preferred.

Ability to recognize unique and/or problem situations.

Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.

Time management and organization will be key.

Demonstrate accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions.

Ability to handle challenging situations and respond appropriately.

Professional, pleasant and positive demeanor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive, highly confidential information.

Ability to make business related decisions based on common sense and good judgment.

Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.

Facilitating Interviews in factory conditions is required.

The hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
