Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you’ll play a key role in delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs that shape the future of our platform. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple projects, turning big ideas into scalable technical solutions.

You’ll have the freedom to go deep — from exploring our tech stack and cloud infrastructure to aligning teams and roadmaps across the organization.

• Lead multiple simultaneous technical programs from concept to delivery within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Define strategies, build execution plans, and manage delivery for cloud-native software products at scale.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Apply data-driven decision‑making and continuous improvement practices to optimize delivery.

• Proven ability to operate independently and drive results across distributed teams.
• Hands‑on experience defining and delivering cloud‑native platforms (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technologies).
• Strong technical understanding of CI/CD, microservices, No

• Skilled in sprint planning, backlog management, and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — from engineers to executives.
