Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer, IT Support
Responsibilities
- Provide application support for banking/card payment industry applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Splunk and Dynatrace alert monitoring.
- Work shifts, including morning, afternoon, and weekend support.
- Coordinate ITSM processes: change, incident, service ticket, work orders.
- Participate in infrastructure maintenance on Unix/Linux environment.
- Create and maintain alerts and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 5–8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Unix/Linux.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Postgre
SQL). - Experience with ITSM processes (change, incident, work orders).
- Experience in monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekend support.
- Monitoring / Observability:
Splunk/Dynatrace dashboard creation, alert creation, alert monitoring. - Experience with AWS (EC2, Cloud Watch, Lambda).
- Automation skills using shell scripting, Ansible, python, XLR.
- Knowledge of PCF – Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, depending on geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits: medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
