Only by phone to the candidates. Client wants local candidates, and this is a speed account so the first 2 strong candidates I have locally that I can clear though the identity checks, etc. I will submit. All others will be held as backups. Client wants candidates on our w2 so this should be via referral, but if you have a candidate that can only be C2C and they are local and very strong I might be able to consider.

We have a hybrid role for an Information Security Engineer I in O'Fallon, MO (St. Louis area) . No West Coast Candidates. Please let me know if you have anyone that is a fit.

REQUIRED SKILLS/

EXPERIENCE:

• Windows and Linux/UNIX administration experience
• Solid understanding and troubleshooting in the ISO layer protocols
  .
• Working understanding of cryptography
  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a PCI DSS, SOC or HIPPA environment
• Knowledge of all security domains including hardware security modules, single-sign on, and identity management
  .
• Preference will be given to candidates with the following certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, OSCP, CISM etc.
